This is reserved exclusively for guys who are serious about their goals and will not waste my time. With this level of one on one attention, I can guarantee that I’ll get you into the best shape of your life. Package includes:

  • Twice weekly one-on-one 75 minute training sessions together
  • Monthly meetings for accountability, strategy and goal setting

Together, we will ensure you achieve your physique goals. Results are completely guaranteed. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your results after 4 months, I’ll give you your money back. Package includes:
