  1. New clients select one of our 8 week transformation programs, based on their budget & availability
  2. We get to know each client personally to understand their lifestyle, goals and fitness history
  3. We develop a comprehensive 8 week strategy incorporating nutrition, cardiovascular training, resistance training, stress management and mental wellness.
  4. We work closely with each client to execute on our 5 point strategy together, make physical and psychological breakthroughs – and achieve INSANE RESULTS.
  5. Upon finishing your 8 week transformation, we’ll summarize your success in a google doc and lay out the next steps for your continued domination..

Personal Training 4x per week (8 week program) =$110/session

All 8 week programs include a starting fitness and body composition assessment, comprehensive training and diet plans, weekly tracking of key metrics for accountability and daily communication. Upon completion of the 8 week program fitness and body composition will be re-assessed. All results will be summarized in a google document and provided to the client.

All 8 week programs include a starting fitness and body composition assessment, comprehensive training and diet plans, weekly tracking of key metrics for accountability and daily communication. Other Services:

 

Personal Training – One Session Only

Initial session will include a personalized one hour workout, as well as an optional overall fitness and body composition assessment. All conclusions will be summarized in a google document and provided to the client.

Personalized Meal Prep – 1 Week of Meals, Delivered

As a YD client you have the option to purchase fresh, home made meals tailored to your exact nutritional needs. Eddy works with a local chef here in Santa Monica to ensure your personal meals include the precise macros you need and the unique foods you enjoy! Meals are delivered Sunday night. Each purchase includes 1 lunch and 1 dinner for Monday-Friday the following week. Ten Meals total. Orders must be in before Saturday night at midnight.
