I always recommend that clients make a long term commitment to their goals in order to achieve their desired results.
One on one personal training sessions can be a fantastic supplement to a person’s training and nutrition program however one on one sessions alone will not produce results if they are not performed within the context of a smart training program. Likewise, one on one training sessions will not produce weight loss if they do not accompany a healthy diet.

My “diet coaching + training” packages below are sure to help customers achieve their transformation goals. But if you just want to do a one on one session with me, with no strings attached, then I charge $150 per workout.
Sessions run 75-85 minutes and will vary based on each individual’s goals.

This is a VIP service for guys who need to get results ASAP. Together, we will ensure you achieve your physique goals. Results are completely guaranteed.

- 3x weekly one-on-one 75 minute training sessions together
- Monthly meetings for accountability, strategy and goal setting
