You’re Dominating: Mission Statement

The mission at You’reDominating™ is to empower young men to make positive changes in their lives, by showing them that they’re limited only by their own fear and self doubt.

In my opinion, physical fitness is the best starting point for transforming a young man into a more positive, more confident and more successful version of themselves. I help young guys get lean, strong and crazy fit so they can grow happier and enjoy a higher quality of life.

In the last 10 years, my experiences as both an athlete and an entrepreneur have given me unique insights that make me an effective coach:

  • I’ve pushed the limits of my body and mind. I understand how a young man’s body reacts to different forms of stress and I’ve learned how to manage those stress inputs effectively to optimize for a specific output.
  • I’ve trained with dozens of the world’s fittest athletes and spent time getting inside their heads, learning what mental games and strategies they apply to practice discipline and mental toughness.
  • I’ve worked with the USA’s top sports nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychotherapists and high performance coaches at elite training facilities like the OTC (Olympic Training Center).
  • I’ve been through severe symptoms of overtraining and burnout myself. I’ve been through binge eating disorder, weight gain, depression, 80 hour work weeks, breakups, highs and lows at work, etc…
  • I’ve got a strong understanding of the challenges facing young men today and I’ve successfully comeback from difficult low points many times over.

So now I’m putting my experience to good use!

The modern young man doesn’t have a huge amount of time to dedicate to training. He wants:

  • to live life to the fullest
  • to get ripped
  • to stay fit and look amazing year-round
  • epic meals with his friends
  • parties, shows, concerts
  • spontaneous nights of drinking
  • the occasional “blowout” three day weekend where he combines them all!

It’s absolutely possible to live this incredible “go big” lifestyle and still stay super fit. When the right strategies are adopted, young guys can perform at work, live this lifestyle and achieve all of the above.

The best part is, looking great and feeling great makes all the fun stuff we do as young people 10x more fun anyway. Fitness is the key that unlocks a higher level of enjoyment and satisfaction as we live our lives to the fullest.

My programs and teachings emphasize:

  • realistic goal setting
  • introspective mental exercises to develop discipline and resillience
  • “bang for your buck” workout principles
  • self improvement
  • stress management
  • enjoyment
