Legend! You’ve been sent to this page because you have qualified for my special “maintenance” pricing.

I offer special pricing to a small number of qualifying clients. I only offer this “maintenance” pricing to clients who meet these criteria:

  • You’re a fucking legend. I wouldn’t offer this to you unless I genuinely liked working with you.
  • You are already doing well from a health and fitness perspective. You’re not expecting a dramatic 8 week “transformation” like a lot of my new clients.
  • You’re relatively consistent in your diet. You’re relatively strong in the gym. You’re relatively healthy and lean.
  • You’ve shown me that you’re capable of executing on a plan we set together.
  • You don’t require an excess of my time or energy. You operate with more autonomy than most other clients.
  • You have ambitious fitness and physique goals but you and I both know it’s going to take a more patient approach.

Understandably, many of my clients would be upset to learn that you receive the same service for a better price than what they pay.

Therefore, it is important that this offer stays between you and I. Your discretion is greatly appreciated.

Any sharing of information about special pricing will result in termination of the service.

Maintenance Pricing 8 week programs include ongoing training and diet plans, weekly tracking of key metrics for accountability and as-needed communication. Upon completion of the 8 week program fitness and body composition will be assessed. All results will be summarized in a google document and provided to the client.
